Purchasing a physical product or receiving a digital file does not transfer copyright or moral rights in any artwork, design, or photograph. License to Use This Site
We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the site for personal, non-commercial browsing and shopping. You may not scrape, harvest, mine, copy, mirror, frame, deep-link at scale, or use bots/automated tools to access or index the site, nor may you circumvent or interfere with security or access controls.

Products, Artwork, and Digital Files

  • Custom apparel and ready-made products: Your purchase grants you the right to own and wear/display the purchased item. It does not grant any right to reproduce the design/artwork or to use it in advertising, merchandising, or for any commercial purpose.

  • Paintings and original artwork: Ownership of the physical artwork does not include copyright. Any reproduction, licensing, or commercial use requires our prior written permission.

  • Digital products and retouched images: Delivered by email or secure link. Unless a product page explicitly grants a specific license, delivery is for your personal use only; redistribution, resale, or training machine-learning models on the files is prohibited.

  • Portfolio use: We may display images of our work (including anonymised before/after retouching or photos of produced items) in our portfolio, social media, or marketing, unless you request confidentiality before placing the order.

User Responsibilities
By using this site, you agree not to:

  • Harass, abuse, defame, or harm others, or violate their privacy or publicity rights.

  • Infringe copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights.
