This website is operated by Licknova. By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms and to any policies referenced here (including our Return & Refund Policy and Privacy Policy). If you do not agree, please do not use the Services. We may update these Terms by posting a new version on the site; your continued use means you accept any changes.

Online store terms
You confirm you are of the age of majority where you live. You will not use the Services for illegal or unauthorized purposes and you will comply with applicable laws. You must not transmit malware or harmful code. We may terminate or refuse service if you breach these Terms.

General conditions
We may refuse service to anyone at any time. Content you send through the site (excluding payment data) may be transferred unencrypted over networks and adapted to technical requirements. Card data is always encrypted in transit by our payment processors. Do not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any part of the Services without our written permission.

Accuracy, completeness, timeliness
Site content is provided for general information and may not be current or complete. We may modify content at any time with no obligation to update it. Your reliance on site materials is at your own risk.

Modifications to the service and prices
Prices and product offerings may change without notice. We may modify or discontinue the Services at any time. We are not liable for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance.

Products and services
Some items or services are offered exclusively online and may be available in limited quantities. We try to display colors and images accurately but cannot guarantee your screen’s display. We may limit sales by person, region, or quantity. Descriptions and pricing may change at any time. We do not warrant that products or services will meet your expectations or that errors will be corrected.

Orders, billing, and account information
We may refuse or cancel any order, including where we suspect fraud or abuse. We may limit quantities per customer, household, or order and may contact you via the details you provided. Provide current, complete, and accurate information and promptly update it so we can complete transactions and contact you as needed.

Optional tools and third-party links
We may provide access to third-party tools “as is” and “as available” without warranties or liability. Your use is at your own risk and subject to the third party’s terms. Our site may link to third-party sites we do not control; we are not responsible for their content, products, policies, or practices.

User content (reviews, uploads, feedback)
If you submit reviews, ideas, images, or other materials, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, publish, translate, and distribute that content for operating and promoting the Services. Do not post unlawful, infringing, defamatory, obscene, or harmful content, or anything that violates others’ rights. You are responsible for your submissions.

Personal information
Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy.

Shipping, customs, and taxes
Prices are shown tax-free in EUR unless stated otherwise. Depending on your country, import duties, taxes, and customs fees may be charged when your order arrives; these are your responsibility. We are not responsible for customs delays. See our Return & Refund Policy for proof-of-postage requirements when sending eligible returns.

Returns and refunds (summary)
Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Highlights for convenience only (the policy controls if there is any difference):

• Custom/personalized apparel: no change-of-mind returns; 12-hour window after purchase for cancel/change before production begins.

• Digital products delivered by email or secure link: refundable only if work has not started; once work or delivery preparation starts, the order is final except for defective files (we will re-deliver/replace).

• Photo retouching (remote service): refundable only if work has not started; once work starts, fees are non-refundable.

• On-site photography: non-refundable deposit; you may cancel within 12 hours of booking (deposit remains non-refundable). After 12 hours or for no-shows, all fees are non-refundable. One complimentary reschedule with at least 7 days’ notice, subject to availability; weather/force majeure rescheduled at no extra cost.

• Ready-made paintings purchased online: 14-day cooling-off applies; strict original, unbroken packaging; trackable and insured return at your cost; proof of postage required the day you ship; late shipments (sent more than 14 days after your notice) may be refused; deductions or refusal apply for use/display or damage.

• Custom/commissioned paintings: no change-of-mind returns once design/material work begins; reasonable retention of deposit for committed time/materials.

Digital products
There is no instant download at checkout. We create and deliver by email or secure link after work is complete. By placing an order, you instruct us to begin preparation and delivery without delay. If work has not started, you may cancel; once work starts, orders are non-refundable except for defective files.

Photo retouching (remote)
Work begins after we receive your files/brief. If work has not started you may cancel for a refund. Once work starts, fees are non-refundable. If a product page or quote includes a specific redo/revision allowance, we will honor exactly that; extra edits outside scope may be billed.

On-site photography (booked date)
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure the date. If we cancel, the deposit is refunded. You may cancel within 12 hours of booking (deposit remains non-refundable). After 12 hours, or if you do not attend, all fees are non-refundable. One complimentary reschedule with at least 7 days’ notice, subject to availability. Weather or force majeure will be rescheduled at no extra cost.

Custom apparel (made to order)
Custom/personalized apparel enters production shortly after purchase. You may cancel or change your order within 12 hours of purchase; after that, the order is final except where an item is faulty or incorrect on arrival (see Return & Refund Policy for evidence requirements and timelines).

Paintings & artwork
Ready-made originals sold online follow the cooling-off rules summarized above and the stricter packaging/condition standards in the Return & Refund Policy. Custom/commissioned artwork is non-returnable once design/material work begins.

Prohibited uses
In addition to other prohibitions in these Terms, you must not use the site or its content for unlawful purposes; to solicit unlawful acts; to violate laws; to infringe intellectual property rights; to harass, abuse, defame, or discriminate; to submit false or misleading information; to upload malware; to collect or track others’ personal information; to spam, phish, pharm, pretext, spider, crawl, or scrape; for obscene or immoral purposes; or to interfere with security features. We may terminate access for violations.

Intellectual property
All site content, trademarks, logos, graphics, and software are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by law. You may not use our intellectual property without our prior written consent.

Errors, inaccuracies, omissions
Occasionally there may be information on the site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions (including descriptions, pricing, promotions, shipping charges, transit times, and availability). We may correct these and change or cancel orders if information is inaccurate, at any time and without prior notice, including after you submit an order, where permitted by law.

Disclaimer of warranties
The Services and all products are provided “as is” and “as available” except where we expressly state otherwise. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that the results will be accurate or reliable.

Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Licknova and its personnel and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, savings, data, or replacement costs arising from your use of the Services or products, even if advised of the possibility. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including for defective products or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Licknova and its personnel, affiliates, and suppliers from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of law or third-party rights.

Force majeure
We are not responsible for any delay or failure to perform due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, extreme weather, fire, flood, epidemic, war, terrorism, labor disputes, utility failures, or disruptions to transportation or communications networks.

Termination
These Terms apply unless and until terminated by you or us. You may stop using the Services at any time. If we believe you have breached these Terms, we may terminate or suspend access without notice. Obligations and liabilities incurred before termination survive termination.

Entire agreement and severability
These Terms, together with our posted policies and rules, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services and supersede prior agreements. If any provision is unlawful or unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted and the remainder will continue in full force. No waiver of any provision is a continuing waiver.

Governing law
These Terms and any disputes relating to the Services are governed by the laws of Ireland, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You and we agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
