Shipping policy
Order processing vs. production

Custom T-Shirts & apparel (made to order): Production typically takes 2–7 business days before dispatch. Shipping time starts after your order leaves our facility.

Ready-made items (non-custom, excluding paintings): Processed in 1–3 business days.

Paintings & original artwork: Ready-made pieces ship in 3–5 business days due to special packing and insurance. Commissions ship after completion and client approval (timelines vary).

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. High order volume or carrier/network disruptions may add a few days.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Standard shipping: We offer free standard shipping on most orders.

Exceptions: Oversize/fragile artwork, remote-area addresses, and paid shipping upgrades (express, priority) may incur a surcharge shown at checkout or confirmed by email before dispatch.

Domestic/near-EU: 3–10 business days

Delivery windows are estimates and may be extended by customs, weather, strikes, or carrier issues.
Digital products (no physical shipping)

Digital items are delivered by email or secure link after the work is complete. There is no instant download at checkout and no shipping charge for digital items. If your order contains both physical and digital items, they may be fulfilled separately.
Shipment confirmation & tracking

You’ll receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking once your order has shipped. Multi-item orders may ship in separate parcels with separate tracking.
Customs, duties, and taxes

Orders ship DDU/DAP (Delivered Duty Unpaid). Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are set by your local authority and are your responsibility. We are not liable for customs delays.

We declare contents and value accurately in compliance with applicable laws.
Address accuracy, changes & undeliverable parcels

Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are correct at checkout.

We can accommodate address changes or order cancellations within 12 hours of purchase (custom apparel enters production shortly after; see Return & Refund Policy).

If a parcel is returned as undeliverable/refused/unclaimed, we can reship once the item returns to us; reshipping costs (and any customs/duty recharges) are your responsibility.
Delivery, loss, and damage

Risk of loss passes to you upon carrier acceptance. For high-value items and original paintings, we may require adult signature on delivery.

If your order arrives damaged or an item is missing, email support@licknova.com within 12 hours of delivery and include:

Photos of the item, the outer box & shipping label, inner packaging, and any damage

A brief description of the issue

Please retain all packaging until your case is resolved. We’ll assist with the carrier claim and arrange repair, replacement, or refund per our policies. Claims reported late or without the requested evidence may be declined.

If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive the parcel, check with household members, reception/neighbours, and contact the carrier. We’ll help investigate, but porch-piracy/theft after delivery is outside our control.
Paintings & artwork — packing & delivery specifics

Originals ship insured in original, unbroken packaging (rigid mailer, tube, or crate as appropriate). Damage must be reported within 12 hours with photos as above.

For international deliveries, customs inspections may open packages; please photograph any inspection tape/seals if issues occur.
Where we ship
We ship to a wide range of destinations across Europe, North America, Asia-Pacific, Middle East, Africa, South & Central America (including the countries listed on our site). Availability may change based on carrier service. Some remote areas may require additional time or surcharges.
Returns & exchanges

Shipping for returns follows our Return & Refund Policy. Unless we made an error, return shipping, insurance, customs, and duties are the customer’s responsibility.

For ready-made paintings returned under the cooling-off rules, use trackable, insured shipping for the full invoice value and email proof of postage the day you hand it to the carrier.
